Cancellation and Refund Requests

Once you receive your vehicle history report, cancellations are not permitted. However, if you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, you have three days from the date of receiving your report to submit your request. Please reach out via email at complaint@autinspectionden.com or utilize our live chat feature on our website.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process your reimbursement within three days of receiving your inquiry. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and no additional fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

Eligible refund conditions include:

– Inaccurate data in the report
– Reports not received
– Multiple charges for the same report

If you receive incorrect information in your report, please provide evidence, and we will conduct an investigation. Should the data be confirmed as inaccurate, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. However, if the data is accurate, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Complaints
